Vacuum Interrupter, also known as Vacuum Switch Tube,is mainly used for vacuum Circuit Breaker, Load Break Switch,vacuum contactor, vacuum Capacitor, Auto Recloser etc. Excellent switching capacity and compact design make the vacuum interrupter is the most economical switching equipment solution.The switch consist of vacuum interrupter has features of small volume, light weight, long life, high reliability, convenient maintenance, no pollution and safety use.

 

Major Material:

1. Metallized ceramics: its density is much higher than that of injection molding, and its welding ability is strong.

2. Contact terminal: high quality imported CuCr, CuW.

3. Bellows: 316L stainless steel, easy to weld, environmentally friendly, much better than the ordinary 304 and 321.

 

TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANTAGE:

1.The production process adopts international advanced technology and control technology to ensure the consistency of product quality and improve the product qualification rate.

2.The bellows can only be put into production after passing 10 million life tests. In the air tightness test, it is required that the metallized ceramics shall be 100% impermeable and the sealing strength shall be more than 5000n.

3.The transition of the oxygen free copper ring in the sealing structure solves the problems of low sealing strength and easy fracture of the tube, which greatly improves the service life of the product.

4. Special trace element solder is used to solve the problem of pollution caused by spraying on stainless steel surface, which is natural, beautiful and environmental friendly.

5. Primary seal exhaust technology: all components will be assembled in the primary seal exhaust furnace once. Thus, the production process is optimized and repeated pollution is effectively avoided
